Where are you Located?

We are located in Huntsville, Ontario, Canada. 

How do I contact Wood & Heart?

Since our team is very small, we may not always be able to answer the phone. The best way to get in touch with us is through our Contact Form, through email or by calling us and leaving a detailed voicemail with your name and phone number.

Can I come to your workshop to smell your scents?

While we wish we could accommodate the public, the space is too limited, and for insurance purposes, we are unfortunately not able to at this time. If you would like to order scent samples, please visit our Contact Us page. 

What do you use to scent your candles?

We use only the cleanest ingredients that are available on the market from wicks, to wax, to scenting. Our candles are scented using a blend of earth-friendly, paraben & phthalate free fragrance oils and essential oils. Essential oils on their own are not always safe to burn, so, we have done extensive research and testing to ensure that this is the most effective, safe and sustainable way to enjoy a candle in your home. All of our home fragrance products are pet safe.

I am struggling to get the wood wick to stay lit, what can I do?

What is your wholesale / private label process?

Please contact woodandheartdesignco@outlook.com or go to our contact us page, and we will email you back with our wholesale + private label information.

You will then select your vessel type, scent(s), and let us know your label preference. We can design it onsite, or you may send us a label to print for you. For our 11 oz candles  and linen sprays, we use a 2.5" x 2.5" label. For our 8 oz tins, we use a 3"x2" label, and for our 4 oz tins we use a 3"x1" label. 

What are the lead times like for bulk orders?

Bulk orders will typically ship out between 10-14 business days. For larger orders, we will reach out to let you know the estimated ship/delivery date.

If special supplies need to be ordered, it may take a little bit longer depending on shipping + delivery times from the supplier.

Our lead time does not include the shipping time/transit time.
